Hola Rooms - Madrid

Rooms can be a bit cramped, and soundproofing between rooms is lacking, leading to disturbances from neighbors. The sink's placement outside of the toilet area and being on the small side complicates things for personal care. Unexpected housekeeping despite having a Do Not Disturb sign posted took away from the experience.

The stay here was very nice for a business trip. The location was stunning, relatively near a huge plaza. We also went to city centre, located at a walking distance from the hotel.

It was just a fitting option for a weekend pause in Madrid with value for price. The shower had weak pressure but was clean and functional enough for our stay. Check that the air conditioning works well before settling in.

From the Royal Palace to art museums just a stroll away. The bathroom setup was a bit cramped, but the hot shower was refreshing after a day of exploring. A lovely surprise was the coffee machine, made mornings even better.

The room was really lovely, neat and very clean. A fantastic location with friendly staff.

The room was a tiny disaster, and I could hear everything, including someone clearing their throat, how charming! I really expected a warm welcome gift for enduring such discomfort but clearly that was too much to ask. I almost gave a good rating but just couldn't. Not impressed at all.

Staying here was a delight! The family room was spacious, and the complimentary snacks were a nice extra touch!

My wife says that the bathrooms could use some more space for families.

Awesome location for our visit to a famed street, just a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. Close to a subway station, making it easy to get around quickly. - the room was exceptionally comfortable, with central heating, a work desk, and a TV set. - Hypoallergenic pillows and an exceptionally comfortable bed added to the great stay experience.
